A heavily customised Chevrolet Camaro is surely in the running for ugliest modification ever.

The team at 813 Customs in Tampa, Florida, have pushed the boundaries of taste with the Camaro they call "King ZL1" and have been damned by followers on their Facebook page.

Negative comments include: "That is bitch ugly", "can appreciate the work, but that is hideous", "what a waste", "it would look better if you took a sledgehammer to it'' and "do everyone a favour and drive it off a cliff".

We could go on with the negative comments, but click on the photos at left and let us know below what you think.

In our newsroom, the car was described as something the Kardashians would drive.

"Tacky, it looks like a woman wearing too much make-up," was another comment.

A 6.2 litre V8 with a Whipple supercharger pushes Camaro's massive 30 inch Forgiato Maschili wheels round while outside colour is gold and chrome vinyl wrap. Inside "improvements" include a Play Station and three 58 centimetre television screens.
