Apple watch's SOS feature calls 911 after crash
A US man says his Apple watch helped him after he got trapped inside his crashed car.
Casey Bennett, of Maryland, was driving when he heard a crunch just moments before his car rolled twice and came to rest on its side.
Although not seriously injured, Bennett was left hanging in his seatbelt and unable to get out of the vehicle.
"I was literally just dangling down... just hanging out trying to figure out like if I could get out... I thought no, you're just going to hang out here."
It was then he pressed the side button on his Apple watch for six seconds and it called 911 and also alerted those on his emergency contact list.
Bennett said he only suffered a couple of bruises in the crash.
