Auckland police have concerns for a teenager's welfare after she left her workplace in St Johns this morning.
Cassandra Strydom, 18, has a history of depression and was described as being "distant" when her mother dropped her off at work in Elizabeth Knox Pl.
She was wearing a bright-green jacket, black leggings and pink polka dot gumboots, she and has brown shoulder-length hair that was tied in a ponytail.
Strydom is 1.6 metres tall, very slim and was possibly wearing glasses.
It is likely she has no access to money and is on foot.
Police are urging anyone with information to call them on 111 or 09 302 6641.
