Flasher pair on prowl in capital
Relevant offers
Two flashers have struck more than a dozen times in Wellington in the past few months, exposing themselves to women and young girls or grabbing their breasts.
They work both together and alone during daylight hours, grabbing young women, exposing themselves or peeking at girls in changing rooms before running away.
The men - one Asian, one European - use magazines or newspapers to cover the fronts of their trousers before exposing themselves.
Last week, one man exposed himself to two seven-year-old girls on a bus.
They have struck in Civic Square, Lambton Quay, bus stops, the railway station and Mt Victoria.
One man went into clothes shops, opening changing room doors to look at girls changing before running away.
Together, they have also approached young women and asked them about their sexual preferences.
One man is European, of slim build, aged 20-30 years with short brown hair. He has red cheeks and acne scarring. The other man is Asian, 1.65 metres tall and of chubby build.
