Turkey's military has released previously unseen film clips and photographs of the World War 1 Battle of Gallipoli to coincide with the 94th anniversary of the devastating campaign.
The clips, posted on the military's Web site on Wednesday, show scenes from Turkish soldiers' preparations for war as well as scenes from the war front.
On April 25, 1915, troops from Australia and New Zealand, under British command, landed on the Gallipoli peninsula to wage an ill-fated campaign against Ottoman Turks.
The Allies recorded some 55,000 killed. Turkish casualties were estimated at 250,000.
