Stinson's battered body was found dumped in the driveway of a poultry farm in Wylie Road, Foxton, in July last year.
Bruce Tamatea, 46, and Aubrey Harrison, 27, and a Palmerston North solo mother, 32, who has name suppression, are jointly charged with his murder.
Today the three were remanded for trial in the High Court at Palmerston North on September 1.
Stinson, 57, had a history of sex offences against young girls dating back to 1967.
