Pool plunge crash

An Arrowtown woman had a lucky escape after she went through a fence, through a shed, struck a stone bbq and flipped into a covered icy swimming pool.

The vehicle is believed to have rolled twice before landing in this Arrowtown swimming pool.

The driver was very lucky to have escaped uninjured according to fire brigade volunteers.

A crane had to be called in to remove the vehicle from the swimming pool.

This piece of 2x2 narrowly missed the driver as it came through the windscreen.
