The body of an unidentified man has been discovered lying on the grass in a Manukau cemetery.
Counties Manukau Police said the man's body had been found this afternoon at the Manukau Memorial Gardens Crematorium and Cemetery.
He is described as having a bald head with distinctive tattooed strips starting on his forehead and ending at the back of his head.
Anyone who knows who the man might be is asked to contact the Counties Manukau Police Crime Squad on (09) 261 1321.
