Fire at Auckland University dormitory

Auckland University's O'Rorke was evacuated after a matress fire on the 8th floor.

LATEST: A mattress fire forced the evacuation of Auckland University's O'Rorke Hall this afternoon.
It houses more than 300 students near the university.
A university spokesman said the mattress fire was on the eighth floor of the 10 storey building.
There was no structural damage and the cause of the fire was still being investigated.
