Driver trapped after truck crash

A truck driver suffered serious facial injuries after his vehicle rolled at a roundabout and struck a power pole in Hamilton this morning.
The crash occurred on Cambridge Rd, police said.
Emergency services had to cut the man out of the truck's cab.
He was taken to Waikato hospital for treatment.
Police said southbound motorists were being diverted onto SH26 towards Morrinsville.
Northbound traffic is still flowing, albeit slowly, police said.
