Halloweeners could find themselves prey to an extra trick - and a treat - if they take a trip to an Auckland haunted house tonight.
Homeowner Maria Ross has been collecting decorations for ten years and spent the last three weeks creating a spooks paradise for the public to enjoy.
Entry is by gold coin donation and will be open as long as visitors keep arriving, Ross said.
To check it out visit 13 Fratley Ave, Farm Cove, East Auckland.
Last year Ross welcomed more than 200 trick-or-treaters to view her creepy collection.
She uses the donations to buy batteries and candles - the lollies she pays for herself.
