Woman hit by car in Hamilton
An elderly woman was hit by a car in Hamilton East this afternoon.
Police are currently at the scene on Grey St, opposite Steele Park, after the woman was hit about 4pm.
Police said the woman was crossing the road when a car pulling out of the McDonalds car park collided with her.
She was taken to Waikato Hospital in a serious condition with two suspected broken legs and facial injuries.
