Two buses collided in the Auckland CBD, leaving one stuck under a building's awning.

The crash on the corner of Albert St and Wellesley St, in downtown Auckland, at around 10.07am, left a Ritchiesbus wedged under the overhang of the facade of the old ASB headquarters on Albert St.

There were no injuries to passengers or pedestrians, according to police.

The company is still trying to remove the bus.

"We want to get it out of there as quick as we can," said Andrew Ritchie, of Ritchies Transport Holdings.

On board cameras mean the cause of the accident will be assessed quickly, he said.

The accident has not disrupted traffic, police say.
