One lucky Lotto player in Christchurch has won $5 million.
For the second week in a row, the Lotto Powerball jackpot has been struck with a player from Christchurch claiming the $5m prize.
The winning ticket was sold at Redwood Mini Market.
The total $5m prize is made up of $4 million from Powerball First Division and $1 million from Lotto First Division.
Strike was also won by a lucky player in Te Kuiti, who has won $150,154. The winning ticket was sold at Paper Plus Te Kuiti.
This week’s Winning Wheel ticket was sold at Gallaughers Supermarket in Amberley. The serial number is 105-25579520-20XX.
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy.
Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet or online at MyLotto.co.nz.
