LATEST: Three men charged with the murder of Dean Stuart Browne in January have been further remanded in custody for a pre-trial hearing in November in New Plymouth.

The bound and gagged body of Mr Browne, 38, of Auckland, was found in a Drake St New Plymouth garage on January 22.

Rhys Fournier, Auckland, 23, Karl Nuku, Palmerston North, 18, and Mikhail Pandey-Johnson, Waitakere, 24, have been in custody since their arrests in New Plymouth following an armed stand-off.
