An 18-year-old man has appeared in Rotorua District Court charged with aggravated robbery after he allegedly threatened a dairy owner with a tomahawk.
The shop owner chased the teenager 500 metres down the road yesterday afternoon after he had walked into the Ranolf St shop and allegedly filled his pockets with cigarettes.
