A toddler suffering seizures and a boy who had fallen from a trampoline were both flown to Wellington Hospital by the Westpac rescue helicopter last night.

The helicopter flew to Whiteman's Valley in Upper Hutt at 7.30pm after a nine-year-old boy had fallen while playing on a trampoline at home.

The boy had suffered head and neck injuries, helicopter staff said.

The helicopter then flew to Tinui in the Wairarapa to attend to a seven-month-old baby who was having a seizure.

Both the baby and its mother were flown back to the Wellington Hospital Emergency Department.

The boy and the toddler were reported to be in a stable condition in Wellington Hospital.
