Prime Minister John Key has not ruled out intervening on behalf of the family of Kiwi triplets killed in a Doha mall fire.
Martin and Jane Weekes have called on the Government to step in diplomatically after court proceedings stalled.
The couple’s two-year-old triplets were killed along with 16 other people in a fire in May.
Key said he would not interfere while the matter was before the courts. ‘‘I’m not ruling out intervening, but that really is the last card for me to play.’’
