The Korean Caravan Film Festival is visiting Nelson for the first time next Friday.

Organised by the New Zealand Korean Embassy in conjunction with the Nelson Korean Society, the films were huge blockbusters in Korea.

They are 2011 historical drama War of the Arrows and 2012 action comedy The Thieves, which is currently the second-highest grossing film in Korean history.

They will have English subtitles and will screen at the Suter Theatre at 5.45pm and 8.15pm on December 13. Admission is free and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis from 30 minutes before the screening at the venue.
