No more Nancies at the wine festival, the Mussel Inn or anywhere else, but at least we have a memento from their farewell concert in April.

All but three numbers are from their store of classy originals by Kath Bee and Jane Fisher – I'm rapidly tiring of the ukulele, but Dreamin' is still a delight.

The beautifully evocative Let the Evening In is another highlight, while the covers and Flyin' showcase the ladies' a cappella talents. Hopefully, those elsewhere will get to hear this and realise there's another nice part of Nelson they've overlooked; I'm especially keen for Bee's tuneful, quirky songs – What's Conformity?, There's A Breeze, Always, Friends – to reach a wider audience. The album's only flaw is a complete absence of between-song banter – the Nancies' easygoing sense of humour was one of their greatest assets.

They are truly missed. Best tracks: What's Conformity?, Let the Evening In.
