The Exponents, Stan Walker and The Breaks Co-op will be playing at Upper Moutere's Neudorf Vineyards on the 8th annual Classic Hits Winery Tour next February.
"I'm off the piss and we're hitting the wineries - go figure!" Exponents frontman Jordan Luck said. "We can't wait. We've heard about this legendary tour for years and to be invited to take part with Stan and Breaks Co-Op is a real thrill. We are excited about putting on a really memorable show, with all the hits. We're rehearsing now. Winery Tour fans can expect something really special."
Walker said hitting the road for a Kiwi summer on the Winery Tour was something he'd been dreaming of for years. "Sharing the stage with New Zealand music royalty in the most beautiful outdoor settings that Aotearoa has to offer? What an absolute blessing," he said. "I can't wait for everyone to come down and have a bit of a dance and a sing-along with me. It's gonna be mean."
Co-promoter Campbell Smith said Neudorf was the spiritual home of the Winery Tour. "It's the first winery we ever played. We will never not come to Neudorf," he said. "Great location, great hosts and always fantastic crowds. This is a special place to play and we are delighted to be back [at] Tim and Judy's place."
The two Neudorf shows are on February 27 and 28. Tickets (and bus/ticket packages) go on sale next Thursday at an early bird price of $65 plus booking fee (ticket only). The early bird price ends on November 30, increasing to $75 plus booking fee. Tickets from winerytour.co.nz and Ticketmaster, ph 0800 111 999 or ticketmaster.co.nz.
