Cyclist rescued from bike track

Emergency services hauled a cyclist 20 metres up a bank off Codgers mountain bike track last night.

Another biker heard the woman calling from down the bank and alerted emergency services at about 7pm.

Firefighters and ambulance officers went down the bank to the woman who was put into a scoop stretcher and hauled up then carried 500 metres to a 4WD vehicle which took her to an ambulance.
