A swimming ban at Nelson's Tahunanui Beach and Monaco Boat Ramp has been lifted this morning.
The ban was imposed on Wednesday because of sewage overflows following heavy rain.
Nelson City Council's manager roading and solid waste Shane Davies said today the ban had been lifted, and the tides had diluted any overflow to an immeasurable amount.
