Friday is looming as a special day for Tasman rugby followers.
Besides the Tasman Makos hosting Hawke's Bay in Friday night's ITM Cup rugby championship final, All Blacks Brodie Retallick, Tawera Kerr-Barlow, Wyatt Crockett and Beauden Barrett are also in town as part of an All Blacks to the Nation promotion ahead of the Air New Zealand European tour.
Groups of All Blacks will also visit Pukekohe, Tauranga, Matamata, Palmerston North, Timaru and Queenstown to say thanks for all their support this year.
While times are not precise, the Nelson-bound All Blacks are expected to arrive in town about 10am and head to Broadgreen Intermediate about 10.30am to talk to young rugby players from schools.
They'll attend a community event at the Richmond Mall between noon-1pm where they'll sign placards wishing both the Makos and All Blacks good luck. The All Blacks will also sign autographs and answer questions.
Nelson Hospital will be their third stop-off, between 1.30pm to 2.30pm, where they'll visit children patients, before heading back to Nelson airport.
The quartet will help check in baggage and scan passes prior to their estimated departure at 3.40pm.
