After a tough winter when flash floods severely damaged their business, the owners of the Anatoki Salmon farm in Golden Bay say their summer season is "marvellous" with people visiting "sun or rain".
Anatoki Salmon co-owner Jans Dissel reported from a salmon farm filled with fishing visitors, that he could not be happier with their first season back.
"It's really going well. A lot of people are curious because they saw us on TV and they are happy to see us running again," Mr Dissel said.
He said he had created a snakes and ladders game for people to play while they waited for fish.
It included a stop called "Flooding: tough luck" with a caption saying: "Oh no!! Heavy rainfall, landslips and a major flooding! Stay for three turns and help the poor staff cleaning up the mess."
Mr Dissel said they were confident they'd recovered from the damage.
