A 40-year-old Motueka woman fell and dislocated her prosthetic hip while she was holidaying at a Torrent Bay bach in the Abel Tasman National Park.
The woman was walking along a track when she lost her footing and her hip gave way yesterday afternoon, a Nelson Marlborough rescue helicopter spokesman said.
She was treated at the scene and flown to Nelson Hospital in a stable condition at 3.30pm. She was treated and discharged.
