Cougar alert at Microsoft campus

US wildlife officials in Washington say there has been a report of a cougar wandering Microsoft's campus in Redmond.
Captain Bill Hebner of the state Department of Fish and Wildlife says employees of the software company contacted his agency to report the sighting.
Hebner says agents have not been able to talk to the reporting party and have not confirmed the report. He says agents don't think there is any immediate threat to the public.
Redmond police say Microsoft security personnel also reported on Thursday that a cougar had been seen, but later said it was a coyote.

I'm sure there will be plenty of cougars that work for microsoft. 35+ career women who have never had time for a proper relationship come out of the woodwork at night to prowl on the young geeks. ha.
That's what happens when humans encroach on animals territory. I hope it can be found & relocated to safety. I'm sure it has alot more to fear from nasty humans than humans have to fear from it. I used to hike in cougar (mountain lion) territory and was never harmed. Neither did I harm any of them.
