Frozen pool dive: predictably, it ends badly

What could be more painful than bombing into an icy pool? Judging by this video, cannonballing into a solid block of ice has to be up there.

A German man attempts to dive into a pool which he believes has only a thin layer of ice on top of it.

He discovers, in painful fashion, that it is frozen solid.

"Ow mein arsch," the man cries, as he bounces of the ice and slides across the top of the pool.

The video, which is going viral on social media sites, has already gained more than 100,000 views across several different postings.

Check it for yourself, but just a warning, it contains some offensive language.
