People can visit the world's tallest broadcast tower with the Tokyo Sky Tree in Japan opening on Tuesday.

The 634m tower is just bigger than the 600m Canton Tower in the Chinese city Guangzhou and is 81m taller than the 553m CN Tower in downtown Toronto.

The Burj Khalifa in Dubai retains the mantle of the world's tallest manmade structure at 828m.
