Winton Night 'n Day owner Bridget Stevens says her business is "well and truly booming" and she has a shelf full of awards to prove it.

Since winning five awards at the national Night 'n Day conference her business has continued to go from strength to strength, she said.

Stevens credits her staff and loyal customers for making her business a success.

She had worked in the store for more than 20 years and has owned the franchise since 2008.

"It's a team effort. Without their dedication I could not have won," she said.

The team's customer service and the store's food selection was valued by customers, she said.

Her store won Night 'n Day Franchisee of the Year and she picked up four other awards.

These were: Best overall cold food display, best overall milk bar, best overall food result (sales), and excellence in marketing.

The awards took pride of place in the shop, where she could share them with customers, she said.

"It's a good thing for little old Winton," she said.
