Invercargill accountant Graham Dick has been apponted as the chairman of NZ CA Limited.
Mr Dick has taken over as chairman from Te Awamutu chartered accountant, Merv Gyde, who retired from NZ CA's board.
NZ CA Ltd is an association of independent chartered accountants.
Mr Dick is a managing director of McIntyre Dick & Partners and a member of the Institute of Directors and the New Zealand Institute of Management.
He has also represented the south on Export Southland, Southland Chamber of Commerce, Southland YMCA, and the Ascot Park Hotel Brass and Brass Bands Association of New Zealand.
NZ CA's board of directors now comprises:

- Tony Maginness, McDonald Vague, Auckland
- Toni Owen, Focus Chartered Accountants, Whakatane
- Karen Thomson, G S McLauchlan & Co, Dunedin, and
