Some of New Zealand's best-loved songs will be performed in Invercargill when The Greatest Song Ever Written hits town next week.
The show, featuring 26 songs nominated as favourites by audiences across New Zealand, will mark Operatunity's 100th national tour and will be performed in Invercargill as part of the Daytime Concert Series.
Songs making it into the show include My Way, Climb Every Mountain, Danny Boy, Ave Maria, Bohemian Rhapsody, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, and Memory.
Operatunity director Susan Boland said audiences would have to come along to the concert to find out what other songs had made the cut.
The Greatest Song Ever Written, starring Helene Holman, Scot Hall and Kieran Rayner, accompanied by Eli Moore, will play at the Civic Theatre, on Tuesday from 11am.
