Gore teenager Jenny Mitchell has made it in to the grand final of New Zealand's Got Talent.
The 14-year- old St Peter's College pupil was the most popular act from last week's show.
She is the ninth semifinalist to make it to the grand final. Mitchell was visibly shocked when host Tamati Coffey last night announced she would be vying for the top prize.
When asked by Coffey how she was feeling, Mitchell breathlessly said "I'm good, I'm good".
Asked if she was ready for the grand final, she answered "I don't know.
A member of the Gore Country Music Club, Mitchell has been singing since she was four.
This is not Mitchell's first attempt at the NZGT prize, but the first time she has made it past the auditions.
Last week she said she was thrilled with what she had achieved so far.
