Ten-year-old Brianna Hedley continues to sing up a storm after securing three trophies at the Gourmet Paradise awards in Blenheim.
Brianna, a member of the Lower Mataura, Gore and The Glen country music clubs, has been singing for the past five years and said she enjoyed every aspect of performing.
While in Blenheim she had to sing four different songs in different sections and claimed first prize in two - country rock and junior solo.
The competition was held at the Marlborough Civic Theatre over two days with auditions on the Saturday and Sunday and the finals on the Sunday night.
Brianna said it was the biggest stage she had performed on and she had a lot of fun over the two days.
"It was interesting and I had an awesome time," she said.
Her mother, Patrina, said she was very proud of her and thanked tutor Jacinta Kerepeti for all the hard work she had put into Brianna's singing in the past two years.
Next up for the young singer was learning to play the guitar.
