Lady Gaga's bodyguard has taken down a fan who got too close to the singer in a hotel lobby Romania.

Gaga was walking through the lobby, flanked by two massive bodyguards, when an apparently very excited autograph seeker tried to slip through a revolving door and to get close to the singer.

But Gaga's alert bodyguards grabbed the man by the head and slammed him to the ground - keeping the petite singer safe.

The superstar seemed startled at first, but is then quickly rushed out of the lobby by her towering security guards.

The autograph hunter eventually picked himself from the ground and was immediately thrown out of the hotel.
