HEARTBREAK: Is it in your genes?

Relevant offers

Whichever way you look at it, being dumped, or psyching yourself up to dump someone are never the best of times.

They both have that pit-of-stomache ache or churn, and there's usually some feeling of dread, hopelessness and sadness about the whole situation.

But there are also unwritten rules.

One should always try to end a relationship on the best terms that they can - and how they make that break determines just that.

So we want to know, what's the worst break-up you've been through?

Were you dumped in the middle of a concert, on your birthday or - hark - via text message?

Did your partner just never call you back, or did they toodle off to the dairy to get milk, never to return?

What are your rules for dumping someone?
