Mount Creighton Station, between Queenstown and Glenorchy, is the latest high country Wakatipu land block to go into tenure review.
Land Information New Zealand publicly announced the plan at the weekend, saying the almost 16,000 hectare station has a designation plan drawn up to divide the block.
Under the plan about 124 hectares will transfer to recreation reserve status and 10,337 hectares will become Conservation Area land.
More than 5000ha will be freeholded to Mount Creighton Station Limited.
LINZ is taking written submissions on the tenure review until July 7.
