Low overnight temperatures in Manawatu have police concerned about the health of the missing brother of The Block NZ contestants, Southland brothers Pete and Andy Walker.
Police were still working to determine where Stephen Walker, 25, might have gone since he was last seen at his home in Bulls at 8.30pm on Wednesday, a spokeswoman said yesterday.
The case was still being treated as a missing person investigation.
Police had received some calls from the public about Walker, but still wanted to speak to anyone who might have seen him, she said.
Pete and Andy Walker amassed a huge fan base and won the People's Choice Award at the end of The Block season and have since appeared in Hirepool television advertisements.
The Walker family would not be making any statement to the media about the search, Sergeant Andy Brooke, officer in charge of the search, said.
