The Invercargill City Council has adopted its 2014-15 annual plan.
The Annual Plan, which outlines council spending and projects for the coming year, was voted in 12-1 during an extraordinary meeting of the council last night.
Councillor Ian Pottinger voted against the plan, after raising questions about the potential liability of uncalled Invercargill City Holdings shares.
