A noise control management plan for the Niagara sawmill will be presented at the city council's regulatory committee meeting next month.
The plan, which was to be given to the council by mid-June, was to combat noise from the company that was higher than the permitted levels stipulated in the district plan.
At a Kennington community meeting in February, regulatory services committee chairman Darren Ludlow said if the sawmill failed to comply with the management plan it would be served with Environment Court papers.
