An anonymous donation means Hedgehope Primary School is keeping up with technology.

The donor asked the school to spend the money on iPads.

Hedgehope teacher Amy Thacker, of Gore, said the school was thrilled with the donation, which bought nine iPads, two smart televisions and two Apple television boxes for the two-classroom, 24-pupil school.

"The kids this term, to celebrate learning, have written a script and used the iPad to make an i-movie," Thacker said.

Pupil Bree Mehrtens, 12, said they used the iPads for learning, spelling and maths.
