Adults: for your entertainment
BY WILL HINE IN QUEENSTOWN
Relevant offers
Queenstown will soon have a new adult entertainment venue with the opening of a "rock'n'roll burlesque" bar in a precinct off Church St.
Located in premises previously occupied by 12 Bar, the adults-only Rolla will feature four poles and six dancers.
The new owner said Rolla would not be a strip joint. Performers would be athletic, talented dancers who performed in theatrical style.
The bar is open and staffed by topless waitresses, but it would be several weeks before the poles were installed and the dancers arrived.
The previous adults-only business in Queenstown, Candy's Gentlemen's Club, shut its doors in December.
