Travel publisher Jasons has posed the question of where the best pies can be bought in Southland as part of a new tourism marketing campaign.
We know in the south we're not shy of gobbling the odd pie or two. So the Times would like our readers to answer the question for our entire readership area.
Is the best pie in Tuatapere, Queenstown, Roxburgh, hidden away at Winton or at Five Rivers?

I like Jimmys pies they usedt to sell them in my nannys pub down Bluff. I could only eat them when we came down to visit as we didn't get them out of Southland. They got peas in them. Mmm!
