A sheep shearing shed was engulfed in flames at a dairy farm in Dacre.

A shearing shed has been destroyed this afternoon by fire on a farm near Dacre, Southland.
Firecrews from Edendale and Wyndham are at the scene dampening down the shed.
Edendale Volunteer Fire Brigade chief fire officer Scottie Cameron said the could see smoke and flames when they left the station at Edendale.
The main focus was to stop the fire spreading to other large farm sheds, he said.
It was not known what had caused the fire.
Firefighters are still at the scene.
