Two Italian tourists have been cut from their vehicle and are awaiting helicopter transport to hospital after a crash at Kingston.
The crash happened about 1.30pm at the intersection of Camp St and SH6. The road is not closed but has been reduced to one lane at the cash scene.
It is thought the tourists' Mitsubishi sedan was t-boned by a Toyota ute at the intersection.
Emergency services took longer than half an hour to free the tourists.
They are awaiting the arrival of a helicopter
