Two teenagers have been flown to hospital with serious injuries after a crash near Wallacetown, northwest of Invercargill, this evening.

Invercargill police Senior Sergeant Maggie Windle said an 18-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were injured after a two-car collision on the Isla Bank - Flints Bush Rd around 6pm.

A Nissan Navara turned into a driveway which caused it to collide with a Mazda Lantis, Ms Windle said.
