Final ceo interviews today
Final interviews for candidates seeking the position of Invercargill City Council chief executive are expected to be completed today.
More than 30 applicants were reduced to three, with those three being interviewed yesterday and today at the Civic Theatre by the full Invercargill City Council and its consultant, Mike Stenhouse of Christchurch based management firm Sheffield.
Incumbent chief executive Richard King was one of the final three candidates. It is understood Mr King was interviewed yesterday.
The council is expected to make its final decision on the successful applicant tomorrow.
