A person has been injured after a car hit a power pole at Mokotua this afternoon.
A police communications spokesperson said the crash happened about 12.45pm near the Mokotua Service Station.
It was not yet known how many people were in the car or what the extent of the person's injuries were, he said.
Police, fire and ambulance crews have attended the crash but no further details are available at this stage.
