An Australian man caught carrying prescription drugs belonging to his mum was warned by customs staff in Queenstown on Wednesday evening.
Senior Constable Chris Blackford, of Queenstown, said the 23-year-old man was stopped by New Zealand Customs Service as he entered the country at 7pm on Wednesday.
He was given a warning for bringing prescription painkiller drugs into New Zealand.
