Man's death treated as not suspicious
The 26-year-old man found dead in the Otepuni Gardens in Invercargill on Monday has been named as Michael John Hudson.
Senior Constable Craig Colyer, of Invercargill, said the police investigation was complete and the death had been referred to the coroner.
The cause of death remained unknown, but police were not treating it as suspicious, he said.
Hudson was found lying in the gardens by a member of the public at 10.15am.
